Q: What are the "moves" in a Devoted Fitness® class?
A: Devoted Fitness® choreography includes a combination of hi/low impact aerobics and dance moves, to provide an extraordinary hour of cardiovascular exercise.
Q: How many calories will I burn?
A: On average, a Devoted Fitness® class participant who engages in both hi/low intensity during the hour, will burn 650 - 800 calories per workout!
Q: What makes Devoted Fitness® different than other types of popular cardiovascular dance-based exercise programs? A: The primary focus of a Devoted Fitness exercise class is to give praise and worship to our Heavenly Father. Our classes meet weekly, and our instructors take the time to personally connect with class participants. All classes end in a time of prayer, and we are a growing, global, network of DF ladies, committed to God, each other, and the vision of Devoted Fitness®.
